Spicy Chicken Feet
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 kilo chicken feet
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 medium-sized onion, minced
- 2-3 pcs laurel leaves (bayleaf)
- 1 tsp rosemary, optional
- 2-3 pcs of siling labuyo depending on your spicy prefenrence
Directions:
- In a pot, place all ingredients.
- Bring to boil then simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve topped with toasted garlic.
