Spicy Chicken Feet Recipe

Here is a simple and easy to cook dish that can serve as main dish, appetizer and even pulutan - Spicy Chicken Feet.

Chicken feet is usually sold in wet market. There are stalls that sold it cleaned where the skin and claws were already removed and ready to cook.

Making this dish is as simple as adobo but adding spiciness and a bit of sweetness which will tingle your taste buds.

Spicy Chicken Feet

Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo chicken feet
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1  garlic, minced
  • 1 medium-sized onion, minced
  • 2-3 pcs laurel leaves (bayleaf)
  • 1 tsp rosemary, optional
  • 2-3 pcs of siling labuyo depending on your spicy prefenrence

Directions:
  1. In a pot, place all ingredients.
  2. Bring to boil then simmer until sauce thickens.
  3. Serve topped with toasted garlic.
