Here is a very simple yet savory - Grilled Pork Chop
Cooking this is easy as 1-2-3. You can pan grill it.
You can also do this healthier by cooking over a griller that can separate the oil coming out from the pork like the Hanaro Square Multi-Roaster. Grilled pork chop is best paired with grilled eggplant.
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 kilo pork chop
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp chili powder, optional
Directions:
- Marinade pork with the ingredients for at least 4 hours.
- Grill over charcoal or indoor using stove top griller.
- Serve with hot rice, soy sauce with calamansi or vinegar and grilled eggplant.
